Foster Care and Adoption Agencies of Colorado (FCAAC) represent nearly 30 private, non profit Child Placement Agencies licensed by the State of Colorado. These agencies represent over half of the licensed child placement agencies in the State.

Benefits to membership include:

  • Legislation and representation with the Joint Budget Committee
  • Leadership represents extensive experience in foster care and adoption
  • Support from other industry professionals
  • Monthly membership meetings, website, representation by CDHS
  • Committees representing Legislation and Rules and Regulations
  • Agency listed on website for PR benefits
  • First communication of/access to Rules/Regs changes, clarification
  • Forum for discussion of and action regarding member issues
  • Discounted trainings pertinent to industry issues held semi – annually.
     

Cost of membership:  Cost for member agencies whose primary business is foster care pay $3 a month per child as of June 1st, with a $400 a month cap and a $50 a month minimum.  For agencies whose primary business is adoption, dues are $200 a month.  There is a 10% discount offered if annual dues are paid in full up front.  Click here If your agency would like more information about joining FCAAC.
